Through our web platform, you can have access to all your equipment needs and specifications and you can check and control your instruments at any time.
When critical equipment needs calibration, service or new certificate, Prime Products will contact the person in charge to determine the next appropriate port of call in order to forward newly calibrated & fully serviced instruments to the indicated port.
As soon as the vessel arrives and the new batch of instruments is received, the master should check their operability and release the old set together with their accessories. If the offload takes place at Prime Service Centers (Piraeus, Singapore, Fujairah, Rotterdam, Houston, Limassol) no transportation charges and clearance fees to be charged.
